Parents & Other Authorized Payers
- Parents and other payers are required to have an Parent/Authorized Payer PIN in order to access the online payment system for a student. If you do not have a PIN yet, contact your student and they can log on to mysau.arbor.edu and grant you authorization via the “Students” tab, then click on “Make a Payment”, then they can follow the instructions for setting up a Parent PIN.
- Parents may access the Parent/Authorized Payer payment web site by going to:
https://commerce.cashnet.com/SPRINGARBOR_PROD_WEB?LT=P
and logging in using the Parent PIN to the payment system.
Students
- Students can make a payment, or authorize parents or other payers to make payments.
- To make a payment go to mysau.arbor.edu, select the “Students” tab, then click on “Make a Payment” and follow the instructions on the new payment system.
- To grant access to a parent or other payer to make a payment to your account, log on to “mysau.arbor.edu” and grant authorization via the “Students” tab, then click on “Make a Payment” and follow the instructions for setting up a Parent PIN.
