To create an account, please complete these steps:
1. Identify yourself to SAU. Enter the following information to help us
find you in our system. Your SAU ID number is on your SAU ID card and on your
SAU publications' address label (see below).
STUDENTS, FACULTY, and STAFF: If you need
help activating your account, please contact the Help Desk at 517.750.1234 or
877.728.9880.
ALUMNI: If you need help activating your
account, please contact Lynne Markiewicz, Alumni Relations, at
1.877.ALUM.ARBOR, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, EST.
